Never enough help in the deli. Prepare to wait. False advertisement. Online states 30 minutes. Take 2 hours, waited in line at store for 20 + minutes. Clerk takes in store customers 1st.

Only think I really can't stand are salesman that come up and try and pitch me a line either am I happy with my phone and we can do better blah blah blah (they can't because I pay $100 for for unlimited lines with MetroPCS and very happy with them) or do I own a home pitching for solar panels. So far I went like 3x in the week and it's just annoying. I usually dodge the tlcell phone peeps but the solar panel crew finds me. I just want to be left alone and happily shop until I get to the register. So I need that time for me 😂. Please leave me alone!

Terrible customer service. I had a full cart, but no cashiers were around. I went to the self-checkout, and after scanning 5 items, an employee, who I think might've been a manager or supervisor, came over. She was super rude and said, "You can't pay here, this is for 20 items or less. You need to go to the other line." I told her no one was there when I arrived, and she replied that she was in the bathroom. I ended up cutting myself trying to put everything back in the cart. Then I asked the cashier if they had bandages, and she said, "Yeah, they're on aisle..." I just told her not to worry about it.

They have redone the store and are adding gas pumps. Their deli is the best for the price. Well below other locations and you can buy a little or a lot. The deli does not require you to buy in bulk. It’s the best kept secret in the area. Check them out. The only reason why I did not give 5 starts is because the parking lot is a little weird. When you get there you will see other than that it’s great. Ok was there today and it was awful. No 16 oz bottles of water in the regular place there was plenty in the front for the people that order their stuff on line. So I asked if I could have a case they said no. The deli today had people waiting for 20-30 minutes with only one person cutting meats and 6 people waiting. What is going on here they need a customer service manager or regional manager that shops his own stores.

Bj’s is one of the many wholesale club chains around with a huge portfolio of products available in store as well as online. The experience shopping here will depend from individual to individual, and sometimes, can be quite frustrating as well. I’ve been here a few times and this store is huge with the isles marked clearly for better navigation. They have so many products that you could easily spend a good few hours here without noticing. They have everything from bakery, produce, electronics, frozen foods, clothing and many more. I thing that I did notice here was the lack of organic products. They have a limited amount and not many to choose from. If you’re big on the organic side, you will be surely disappointed shopping here. Parking is available in abundance. All the Covid precautions are in place. During my time of visit, there were not a lot of people shopping but still, there was a huge line to checkout. They don’t have a gas station which was a let down. Overall, it’s a good store to shop for bulk.
